Join CRM Analytics – a team responsible for the analytical disciplines within Marketing and Communications across all business units. We are responsible for 1:1 sales and marketing execution, evaluations, and continuous improvement of all campaign activities – your daily work will have a direct impact on how customers experience contact with Danske Bank through our many different channels.

The Job - 1:1 sales and marketing campaign development
You will build, execute, evaluate, and improve performance of ad-hoc and recurring campaigns for both Personal and Business customers. Your approach is proactive and you identify business opportunities for both customers and Danske Bank through target group selection, data analysis, and appliance of predictive models. Continuous improvement and innovation of new and existing campaigns will happen through a strong collaboration with relevant marketing, business, and IT units.
Your 1:1 campaign activities will reach the customers through a wide range of different channels spanning both branch advisors, call center advisors, direct mail/email, SMS, and digital channels in our online banking solutions.
Strong analyst with programming skills
You like to work with data and are eager to transform data into valuable concrete initiatives and business opportunities. Marketing, business understanding, commercial awareness, and creativity are key to this position – experience with programming in SAS or other relevant programming skills will be a strong asset. You will be graduating in 2017 with a master’s degree within a field such as business, mathematics or economics, and ideally, you have student work experience within the financial services industry.
As a person, you apply an analytical mindset and a fact-based approach and you understand the need of applying data as a competitive advantage in the banking environment. In addition, you are result-oriented and with a positive mindset and proactive attitude, you excel in building relationships. You are eager to develop and learn – and as you will join an international environment, solid English skills are key.
