We need a student with flair for numbers and in possession of a keen analytical mindset to assist our Workforce Analytics unit with data analysis. A typical question we answer with data can be “how does the engagement of the employees in Novo Nordisk influence their performance?” To answer these types of questions you will be working with many different types of data, all based on our +40,000 employees. Examples are surveys, performance ratings, salary, FTE developments and unstructured information like CVs.
This job requires a logical and structured approach, but also a creative mind in order to visualize and communicate findings to a broader audience.
About the department
The HR Analytics team in Novo Nordisk currently consists of three analysts in DK and five in India, with other similar functions spread out in our different markets. We are working closely with stakeholders at the top levels of management, so this is a good opportunity for any new student to get exposure to high level stakeholders.
