Business Analyst in Deloitte Consulting

Are you an ambitious student with a heart for human capital? Then apply for a business analyst position in Deloitte Consulting in Copenhagen

We are dedicated to making an impact that matters – to our clients, our society and our people. Our ambition is to be in a league of our own and we want to be the best.

The Human Capital practice helps businesses deliver value through people by redesigning organisations, building capabilities and managing change and talent. We support our clients throughout the entire cycle of organisational transformation, starting with an initial diagnosis through to a successful implementation.

If you are passionate about those areas of work and would like to be part of a large international multidisciplinary organisation, then a position as a business analyst in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice may be of interest to you. A part-time position with us provides you with valuable experience within consulting and ultimately prepares you for a life as a management consultant.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for talented bachelor’s or master’s programme students with at least one year of studies left. As a business analyst, you will work on client projects in close collaboration with experienced consultants as well as on internal projects, which may include business development initiatives.

Your tasks will include among others:

  • Preparation of client material
  • Analyses in collaboration with your team
  • Fact-finding and general research
  • General project support.

What do we expect from you?
Whether your line of study is economics, business, human resource management, IT, science or something completely different is not the most important factor. We are more interested in your strong analytical skills combined with an engaged, structured and curious personality. In Deloitte Consulting, we are a diverse bunch of nationalities so we require you to be fluent in English.

In addition, we expect you to have:

  • Excellent academic results in both your bachelor and master
  • A minimum of two years of relevant student experience
  • A flair for communication – verbally as well as in writing
  • A profound management consultant interest
  • An eagerness to make a difference for clients and colleagues.

You will work approximately 20 hours per week and of course, we will adjust your tasks according to your exams.

An integral part of the team
We invest in our business analysts and support them throughout their career. Therefore, you will have a talent manager and you will be part of our internal training system.

Further, we attach high importance to the social environment in Deloitte Consulting. If you feel like it, you can run, play squash or go to the movies with your colleagues. We spend a lot of time with each other and therefore it is vital to maintain a good working environment.

What does the interview process include?
There are three interviews. If we invite you for an interview, we expect you to solve cases and go through a general intelligence test and a personality test. You will also have the opportunity to tell us about yourself and your passion for human capital.

Do you want to be part of the team?
Please send us the following as soon as possible via

  • CV
  • Motivation letter
  • Grade reports from your degrees (bachelor’s and master’s) and any studies abroad
  • Any other relevant material.

We assess applications on an ongoing basis. If you have any questions about the position or Deloitte Consulting, you are welcome to contact Sidsel Risager on +45 28 72 48 35 or Mai Agathe Hofman on +45 61 65 46 90.
