Are you our new Student Assistant in Marketing?


HERAX is looking for an independent and talented student assistant to support our sales and marketing activities. The job is versatile, so you need to be able to take on new challenges, have an innovative mindset in a regulated setting and keep a positive attitude.

We work with global pharmaceutical companies, to optimize their Clinical Development-, Regulatory-, Quality-, and Pharmacovigilance processes and/or support implementation of new clinical IT solutions.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support many of our client facing activities, such as:

  • Administration of SoMe channels
  • SEO optimization
  • Marketing planning
  • Follow-up on article creations and Proof reading of materials
  • Update of CRM system
  • Campaign planning, execution and follow-up
  • Market research
  • Article consolidation
  • Marketing reporting
  • Ad-hoc support of the Marketing activities

We have different Sales and Marketing tools you will learn and work with, so you need to have a natural talent and curiosity for new technologies and communication channels.

You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Besides that, we look for a person who;

  • Is fluent in English (written and orally). It is a plus if you can read and speak German
  • Has a drivers license
  • Can work flexible hours from week to week
  • Is studying marketing, communication or similar
