Student Assistant for Head of Transaction Banking Finance Services

The offer

As Student Assistant, you’ll assist the Head of Transaction Banking Finance Services and support in strategy development and execution.  

The Head of Transaction Banking Services works globally, but this position will be placed in Denmark. You'll be working close together with the rest of the local unit.  

The position is 15-20 hours per week and has the potential to become a full-time position after graduation.  

What you’ll be doing:  

  • A big part of the job is to be responsible for the preparation of communication material and documents to be used internally/externally supporting timely communication towards relevant stakeholders.  
  • Primarily support the head of unit to build and prepare presentation material mostly in the form of powerpoint to be used internally and externally  
  • Support in doing follow ups on management meetings in collaboration with the personal assistant and colleagues.

  • Have strong Power Point skills  
  • Can visualise and simplify a complex story  
  • Are structured in your way of working  
  • Have flair for numbers and with business interest  

Your background:  

  • Native Danish speaker  
  • Great English skills both written  
  • 6 months left of current study  
  • BSc or Msc student with the intent to take up full time position after summer 2018
