The offer

As a Student Assistant, you will have a wide exposure to the company business and be given responsibility to deliver on the specific project targets. This means we will work on your personal development through guidance and hands-on work experience.  

In Technology Operations and Support we believe in building the capability of the individuals to provide a consolidated and standardised Application Maintenance and Support. We are therefore committed to ensure that each member of the organisation lives up to Nordea expectations.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Project Coordination - to support the achievement of the respective deliverables  
  • Data gathering and analysis – for use of planning, recommendations and decision making  
  • Stakeholder engagement – scopes coordination and follow up on activities towards internal and external stakeholders of our department  
  • Data Maintenance and reporting – to support monitoring of our project activities  
  • Live up to the Nordea Values – taking ownership, being collaborative, taking courage and working with passion  

The role is based in Copenhagen.

The role demands project coordination and you need to have a positive disposition and being a team player. Though it will not hurt to take initiative to be ahead of the project goals. Attention to details and strong order and structure at work will also be expected. Systems and technical understanding will be an advantage on this role, but not a must, as long as you are adaptable and quick learner.

The role will also require you to be a clear communicator who thrives at engaging stakeholders and ability to drive discussions into conclusion. A sense of urgency and capability to deliver within quality and timeline will be an asset.  

Your background:  

  • Project management or relevant organising activities experience  
  • Adept use of basic MS office tools, with MS excel advance user level will be an advantage  
  • Ability to deliver quality and timeliness of agreed deliverables  
  • Project management (preferred)  
  • Stakeholder engagement and management  
  • Strong analytical mind set  
  • Good command and use of English language (oral and written)
