|We are looking for a student assistant to join a Nordic department comprising seven employees who work passionately on cross-functional projects in Danske Bank’s Central Services organization. As our new student assistant, you will be an integrated part of the projects through your support to our project teams with various tasks related to data analysis, stakeholder management, reporting. In short, you will become an important player in driving change across Danske Bank.|
You will Join the Cross-Cutting Central Services Team
Central Services is part of Workplace Services that works across all business units and functions in the Danske Bank Group, with the overall ambition of providing a welcoming and outstanding experience for customers and an inspiring, productive and safe environment for all staff. Workplace Services consists of Real Estate Facility Management, HR Services, Central Services and Workplace Services Office.
Central Services manages procurement strategies for categories that are centrally sourced across the bank such as postage, prints, office supplies and other fundamental enablers. As a part of this, we run improvement projects.
Supporting and Learning about Project Management
You will be working with the project teams and support them in their daily tasks. As you work closely with your project manager colleagues, you will gain insights into project management and stakeholder management. You will also be responsible for:

We are looking for a new colleague who loves to go the extra mile and demonstrates an open-minded and collaborative mind-set. The type of person who uses communication as a means to come across with important messages and understands how to boil down complex analyses, datasets and messages to simple deliveries.
You are currently pursuing a university degree and are able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English, spoken and written. Working knowledge in MS Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint – is a big plus.
