Student Analyst for Group COO Office

We are looking for five students with flair for IT to join the Performance Management team in the Group COO Office (Chief Operating Officer). Your future responsibilities

You’ll join the Group COO Performance Management team, where we are dedicated to deliver services and support different organisations across the Group COO office.


You will be responsible for the support of our internal Portfolio Management system, which will go live during September 2018. Furthermore, you will provide monthly updates including gathering data for various reporting across the organisation.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Supporting Project portfolio management system for project leaders, PMOs and other key stakeholders
  • Responsible for monthly reports across the organisation

Your profile and background:


To succeed in this role you need to be very structured, service minded, and have good cooperation skills.


Also you:


  • Have at least two years left of your education (preferably within or with a combination of business, IT and/or project management)
  • Are an excellent Excel user and have a strong interest in programming in tools such as SQL & Alteryx.
  • Have a basic and robust understanding of IT and have a strong drive to learn more.
  • Are a good communicator
  • Have excellent English skills (both written and verbally)
