We are looking for a student worker with a keen interest in financial markets and a clear ambition to work with equities to join our student worker team within European and Global Equities, which is a part of our business unit Wealth Management, in Lyngby.
What would you do?
The role is primarily to assist portfolio managers with data extraction, update presentations and various ad hoc tasks. You would get a thorough introduction to your tasks and your team will support you to become successful in the role. Over time, you will get the chance to start assisting on more demanding financial modelling tasks. You will be in contact with various stakeholders within the European and Global Equities team on a daily basis. In order to succeed in this role, we expect you to take ownership of your tasks and be curious, while maintaining a high level of quality in your work. With your input, you support the strategy and activities, which lead to Danske Bank’s desired performance and market position.
Whom are we looking for?
We are looking for a person who has ambition and a keen interest in financial markets. You will need to be analytically adept and have a natural curiosity for finance. If you are open-minded and ready to learn, we will teach you the ropes. Since you will be collaborating with different stakeholders, strong communication skills are necessary. The role requires high-level proficiency English language skills, whereas Danish language skills are highly beneficial. Knowledge about VBA-programming is considered an advantage. Ideally, you are on your third year of your Bachelor degree within a relevant subject within Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
