In Group Talent, we are a Nordic unit of 16 colleagues, with the main purpose of attracting, identifying, developing and deploying key talents for Nordea on all levels in order to unlock the full potential of our People, Nordea and beyond.
This we do through our profound talent agenda, principles and processes within Talent Development, Executive Talent Management and succession planning, Executive Search, our Graduate programme and Diversity and Inclusion.

The role is based in Copenhagen. You will work 15-20 hours pr. week split on 2-3 working days, with flexibility during exam periods.

No specific educationalal background is needed for this role, as it is all about being interested, motivated and passionate about Strategic HR and/or Talent Management. You’re also a person who wants to take part in a larger Group transformation, reinventing how we do business, where the People organisation play a significant role in ensuring that we have the right people and capabilities for the future.
We are looking for a service minded student with strong administration, planning and coordination skills, who find it meaningful and valuable to support and help others.
You are structured and detailed, with proven quantitative and qualitative analytical skills that you can apply to conduct numerical reports, compiling information and provide smaller analysis to support management and business decision making.
