Danske Bank’s Customer Information department is growing, and we need you.
For you to be the perfect candidate you should have a good combination of administrative skills, an ambition in working in the cross functional area of IT development and financial services, and most importantly an inquisitive and can-do attitude.
As a student assistant in Customer Information, you will become part of an agile task team and will be asked to perform a variety of tasks. Example of these can be support of department’s agile setup, taking responsibility for improving and optimizing our processes as well as project related activities such as requirement analysis, and organizational implementation. Depending on your skill-set you can also be asked to perform data analysis and reporting tasks. To be successful in this position we expect you to be self-driven and proactive.
Following skills are valued but not required:
- Knowledge of agile methodology
- Process modelling
As a department, Customer Information is involved in almost anything and almost everything across all business units in Danske Bank. You will be part of an agile development team, working on everything from small quick-win tasks, which brings instant value to Danske Bank’s customers, to large strategic projects, which help lay the foundation for Danske Bank’s value generation for years to come.

This position is a part time position of 15 hours, with a flexible schedule around exam period.
