Capital Planning is part of Danske Bank’s treasury function, and we are working on many hot topics such as capital target setting, planning capital issuance and payout of capital and performing macroeconomic stress testing. We ensure that Danske Bank is sufficiently capitalised to reach its strategic ambition and prepared for the future. Our work receives a lot of attention from our Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors and financial regulators so many important stakeholders are relying on the validity and reliability of our analysis and reports.

We are looking for a team player to help us deliver high quality analyses and recommendations for Danske Bank’s senior management. This position will provide you with business and strategic insights as well as cross-organisational knowledge of Danske Bank.
You will primarily be working with supporting our full time team members on various tasks such as preparing analyses, producing slides, collecting data and performing different kind of ad hoc analysis. Depending on your current capabilities and appetite for development there will be plenty of possibilities for you to take on further responsibility and start building your career within Danske Bank.
It is important that you have an analytical mindset and a desire to learn. We imagine that you are in the final year of your Bachelor’s degree, or have just enrolled in a Master’s program within the field of Economics or Finance. It is a prerequisite that you are fluent in English and skilled in Excel. Experience with SQL and SAS is preferred, but not required. In addition, we believe in creating results through collaboration, so it is important that you see yourself as a team player.
We expect you to be able to work 15-20 hours a week and we sometimes work under tight deadlines, so flexibility is important where your studies allow it.
