Steep learning curve and focus on personal & professional development
This position is an opportunity to gain knowledge within a financial institution and be part of an ambitious organisation. You will experience a steep learning curve that enables you to take on more and more responsibility as you increase your knowledge level. To support your development, we offer personal and professional training activities, networking with other junior employees as well as exposure to key decision makers.
The position requires 15-20 hours a week, and we are flexible, especially during exams. You will be an integrated part of the team with equal tasks and responsibilities to name a few:

You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (final year) or at the beginning of your Master's degree studies within a field such as economics, finance or related studies and holds a solid academic track record. You have some professional experience – preferable from the financial sector, but it is not a requirement. It is important to be a team player as well as being able to work independently with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability. We are looking for candidates with a strong drive, empathy and the ability to take initiatives.
