The role 

To support the company’s continued growth, AIP Management is looking for 1-2 Junior Analysts to its Investment and Asset Management team. 

As Junior Analyst, you will work closely together with experienced professionals and be involved in all stages of the investment process ranging from deal origination, due diligence and execution, and the subsequent management of the portfolio supporting the asset management team.

We develop our Junior Analysts through continuous feedback and by equipping them with a proper toolbox and solid understanding of alternative investments.

The primary tasks include: 

• Maintenance of the investment pipeline 

• Financial analysis and valuation 

• Provide support to the investment team on preparation of presentation materials on potential investments 

• Provide support to the asset management team in relations to our existing investments 

• Manage continuous administrative and various ad-hoc tasks 

The candidate 

• We imagine that you are currently about to finish your bachelor’s degree or recently started your master’s studies, with a focus in finance, economics, engineering or quantitative studies, where you are amongst the best in your year

• We look for the following in a candidate:

• Ambitious, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in investments and private equity

• Team player with excellent written and spoken English skills

• Experience from working with PowerPoint and Excel

• Curious by nature and can work independently
