Ambitious Student Assistant to join Investor Relations & Communications

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Investor Relations (IR) & Communications Department in Bavarian Nordic. As Student Assistant you will become part of a small team working closely with colleagues across the organization globally.

You are curious and ambitious and looking to gain experience from areas such as investor management, financial and strategic communications and ESG. Our team is informal, results-driven, and keen to deliver high-quality output while often working under tight deadlines. Our expectations to you:

• Strong interpersonal skills. In general, you are open-minded, ready to learn and develop as well as easy to work with
• Strong interest in and understanding of stock markets, investor management, financial & strategic communication (investor presentations, new capital, incentive programs), ESG, corporate communications (develop the Annual Report as well as ESG, Remuneration, and Corporate Governance reports)
• Solid experience in Excel and PowerPoint –
• We expect that you are comfortable working with data.
• Great communication skills (written and spoken) are important and fluency in English is a prerequisite
• Experience with coordinating and co-driving projects and activities is an advantage.
• At least 1-2 years study experience from IB, HA Almen, cand. Polit or similar with excellent results
  
  

Conditions

We expect that you will work 15-20 hours weekly. Our office is located in Tuborg Harbor near the station. We have great canteen, cold soft drinks, nice coffee, and a modern work environment.
