Analyst to join Commercial Strategy in Trackman

Do you want to work hands-on with commercial data, analyses, and system design? Are you a top-performing student with a passion for sports and technology? Then join Trackman's Commercial Strategy team and help turn data into insights that drive sales performance – making an impact at the intersection of sports, technology, and strategy

Job description

Commercial Strategy is Trackman’s data-driven hub for commercial decision-making. We gather and analyze sales data, design and maintain core systems, and deliver insights that guide strategy and execution. As part of Commercial Strategy, you will work on projects that directly impact how Trackman drives growth worldwide, while gaining exposure to stakeholders across Sales and HQ.

From day one, you will collaborate with commercial executives and former consultants, gaining firsthand experience in decision-making and commercial intelligence. In our entrepreneurial environment, you will play an active role in data-driven projects – spanning data collection, system design, and quantitative analysis.

Many of our former Analysts have secured full-time positions at Trackman, while others have successfully transitioned to careers in management consulting or related fields. Whatever your path, we are committed to supporting your professional development and preparing you for the next step in your career.

Job requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are eager to make a difference. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of sports and technology while building valuable experience for a career in consulting or related fields. You do not need to be a sports expert – what matters most is your curiosity and your drive to excel.

About you:

  • 1st or 2nd year master’s student with a strong academic record in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Able to work 20-25 hours per week on average, with a high degree of flexibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data

About Trackman:

Trackman develops proprietary technology at the intersection of radar, computer vision, data, and software. Our blend of cutting-edge technology, sports, and continued growth makes Trackman an outstanding place to work. We collaborate closely with top athletes, organizations, and teams in golf, baseball, and football.

Founded in Denmark in 2003 by three entrepreneurs with a passion for sports, Trackman now employs 750+ people worldwide and has annual revenue exceeding DKK 2 billion. Most of our hardware and software are developed, tested, and manufactured at our Danish HQ, with additional offices in New York, Phoenix, Seoul, and Tokyo.

The Office:

We have just moved into our state-of-the-art HQ in Hørsholm at DTU Science Park. The building features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas, a large testing arena with simulators, a fitness centre, and a canteen serving fresh food – all surrounded by forest. Designed with energy efficiency, sound, and ventilation in mind, it is a workplace we are proud of.

Share our Passion!

Applications are reviewed continuously, so please apply as soon as possible. While this position is a student role, we are always looking for great talent at all levels.
