You will join a fast-growing start-up that specializes in finance business partnering, and you will get the opportunity to work closely with our partners, who will challenge and support you all the way. You will be exposed to a wide range of tasks and engagements from lead generation to customer delivery. Further, we will offer successful candidates the opportunity to join us full-time upon graduation. 

Based on your skill set and preferences, your tasks will vary within our three service lines:

• Consulting: We create the foundation for finance functions to be successful with business partnering. We help them create the right organizational structure and ways of working together with other departments and functions. We also work as interim business partners and controllers where we go do the work ourselves for shorter periods.
• Research and Development: We create all our content and marketing to be posted primarily on LinkedIn and we collaborate with tech companies in our profession to help make the finance function run more efficiently. We also run a round table with top management from some of the largest companies in Denmark e.g., Ørsted, Novo Nordisk, and Maersk.
• Learning and Development: We develop learning programs for corporate teams that take them on 6-12 months learning journeys. We train them on influencing skills, executive communication, problem solving, etc. We also coach individuals and leadership teams for high-performance.

You have…

• 0,5-1,5 years left of your Master’s degree in economics, finance or accounting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are a pro-active go-getter, who are eager to learn and have ambitions on your own behalf as well as the company’s behalf
• The ability to work independently and in teams as well as to network and stand in front of a crowd
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
