Assistant Analyst for the Investment Team

Capital Four is a leading global specialty asset management firm. We manage more than EUR 15 billion in sub-investment grade credit funds and managed accounts primarily across High Yield Bonds, Leveraged Loans, Bank Capital and Direct Lending Assets. One of our key focuses is to integrate environmental, social and governance factors in our investment decision-making, and in the ongoing dialogue with the companies we provide capital.

The investment team in Copenhagen currently consists of 40 investment professionals and is looking to add a part-time Assistant Analyst to further strengthen the research team within structured credit. 

Job description:

• Supporting the team’s research analysts in assessing new investment opportunities
• Assignments related to improvement of workflows, data handling, automation of recurring tasks
• Gather and analyze information from presentations, research and legal documents, as well as other sources to assist analysis of current and new investments
• The position is estimated to be 15-20 hours a week with a flexible attitude towards working hours

Qualifications:

• Attending a relevant university or business school and pursuing a degree within finance, economics or similar with outstanding academic credentials (top quartile), preferably with at least 2 years remaining
• Strong quantitative skills and attentive to detail
• A structured working approach, and an ability to consistently deliver high quality results
• Team player with an ambitious and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in written and spoken English
