Assistant Treasurer

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Assistant Treasurer to assist our team with liquidity management and FX risk exposure. 

You will be reporting to the Head of Treasury and be a part of our growing Treasury function. The position is 15-20 hours per week, (with flexibility during exam periods) and may require working at odd hours (no later than 21), as we need to cover financial markets across the globe.

•      Hedging FX risk

•      Liquidity management

•      Intraday reconciliation

•      Optimizing operational processes

•      Investment analysis aimed at interest optimization
 

Skills &Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, you are currently studying a relevant financial or economic education at a bachelor level, with at least two years left until final graduation. 

You have extended knowledge of Microsoft Excel along with a strong financial understanding and ability to provide sharp and accurate economic analysis. Experience with SQL, VBA, Python, Tableau and other similar platforms is an asset. As a person you are retail oriented and at ease with taking responsibility and decisions on your own, but also seek guidance from colleagues when in doubt. Since Banking Circle is an international company it's a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset. The position will be based at Banking Circle's office in Copenhagen.
