Are you ready to put your analytical skills and entrepreneurial wits to the test and solve real business challenges for some of the largest companies in the Nordic region? We're currently on the hunt for the sharpest young students to join our team in Copenhagen as Junior Associate Consultants!

 

For 15 to 20 hours a week, you'll be working side by side with our full-time consultants on real projects, honing your analytical skills while getting a taste of tier-one management consulting. Understanding the need for a balanced student life, we offer a heavy dose of flexibility in this role. Some weeks you might need to focus on your studies, but on other weeks, you'll get rich opportunity to fully immerse yourself in our projects. You'll be juggling tasks ranging from information gathering and data analysis to providing critical insights for our clients along with playing a role in developing our Copenhagen office. 

 

You won't be just another new face here. Instead, you'll step into your role as an equal and valued member of our team from the very start. You’ll be part of our vibrant community of Junior Associate Consultants, and we’ll ensure you receive the support and guidance you need from your mentor and colleagues, helping you to grow and shine throughout your tenure.

 

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

You're a second or third-year bachelor's student, and irrespective of whether you’re studying business, engineering, science – or perhaps something entirely different – we’d love to hear from you. The criteria we look for include:

•           A high level of motivation

•           A combination of creative and analytical thinking abilities

•           Strong academic records
