As an Associate Consultant at BPI, you will be a part of a fast-growing scale-up dedicated to realizing finance people potential through business partnering. You will be exposed to a wide range of deliverables from lead generation to customer delivery. You will be responsible for driving change and leading projects in a fast-paced business finance space with clients as well as facilitating learning modules both virtually and physically on our global finance business partnering learning journey engagements. Further, we are looking to hire long-term, so we offer a full-time position upon graduation for successful candidates.

Based on your capabilities and development aspirations, your engagements will vary within our three service lines:

• Consulting: We create the foundation for finance functions to be successful with business partnering. We work as interim business partners and controllers where we go do the work ourselves from the inside with our clients for shorter periods of time.
• Learning & Development: We develop learning programs for corporate teams that take them on 6-12 months learning journeys. You will be given the opportunity to engage as a learning program facilitator along with a partner. 
• Research & Network: Influencer content on LinkedIn and running round table events with top management from DK’s largest companies.

Your experience and qualifications

• You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and is a pro-active go-getter,
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English, 
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels,
• You are structured and analytical with a problem-solving mindset,
• You have six to 12 months left of your master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar,
• You have proven capabilities in Excel and MS office in general,
• It is an advantage if you have capabilities and/or interest in tools/systems (e.g., Power BI) and visual graphics (e.g., Canva).
