ESG Student Analyst in Investment Department

Accunia Credit Management is a leading international asset manager specialising in investments in structured credit, private debt, and high yield bonds. Our 38 employees manage more than DKK 20 billion for both institutional and private investors through our CLO vehicles, alternative investment funds, and managed accounts.


Tasks and Responsibilities
We are recruiting a new member to our student team to help with ESG (environmental, social, and governance) investing. The field of ESG investing is growing rapidly these years and your work will affect company policies and investment decisions. You will be assisting us with:
▪ Developing our ESG policy (see current policy on accunia.com/about/esg-approach);
▪ Implementing our ESG policy into the investment process and elsewhere as applicable;
▪ ESG analysis of investments;
▪ Annual UNPRI reporting;
▪ Executing quarterly ESG committee meetings;
▪ Producing and updating company materials (website, presentations, and data); and
▪ Various ad-hoc tasks.
 

Qualifications
You are currently enrolled at a university or business school with at least two years of studies remaining. Additionally, we value that you:
▪ Have the ability to take responsibility and ownership of your tasks;
▪ Have attention to detail, and a structured work approach;
▪ Are interested in ESG investing;
▪ Are familiar with MS Office; and
▪ Are a team player with an ambitious and proactive mindset.
 

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will:
▪ Be able to process and extract relevant information from complicated data;
▪ Have good project management skills; and
▪ Have excellent skills in visualisation and communication.
