The opportunity
As an Associate in Corporate Finance, you will become part of our dynamic team, supporting business owners, private equity firms and corporates throughout M&A processes, including valuation, marketing materials, buyer outreach, negotiations and transaction execution. The role combines rigorous analytical work with direct involvement in M&A processes, requiring both strong financial skills and the ability to engage effectively with business owners and investors.
As an Associate, you will play an active role in our team and contribute to the following key tasks:
- Support the positioning of our clients through market analysis, strategic assessments and financial analysis
- Identify and engage with potential buyers by assessing M&A rationales and participating in dialogues with local and international investors
- Assist in performing valuation work, including trading multiples, DCF and LBO analyses
- Prepare presentations, information memoranda and other client materials
- Participate actively in client meetings and transaction execution
- Work closely with and help lead our team of Analysts on pitches and live projects
You will receive ongoing coaching, including support from a counsellor and buddy.

Qualifications:
- Graduating in 2027 or recently completed a relevant master's degree with strong academic results
- Genuine interest in M&A, investments and corporate finance
