Over the past 12 months, we’ve established ourselves as a trusted partner, collaborating with many of the top pharma companies globally - and we are growing at a rapid pace.

We are building an innovative, agentic system that pushes the boundaries of what GenAI can do - redefining the “Medical, Legal, and Regulatory” (MLR) review process for promotional materials. This process is currently conducted 100% manually and requires specialized expertise. At Copli, we’re automating it, saving days of manual work for our users.

About the role
We are looking for a CEO/Founder’s Assistant to work directly with the CEO and COO across a wide range of strategic and operational activities. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the leadership team, gaining insight into how enterprise sales, large-scale customer projects, and financial strategy come together in a high-growth startup.

You will be exposed to diverse areas of the business, from sales and customer engagement to financial modelling and operational execution.

What you will work on

• Sales-related tasks: Outreach to prospects, joining sales calls, preparing proposals, and managing follow-up actions.
• Enterprise project management: Coordinating ongoing projects with large corporate customers.
• Financial modelling: Supporting cash-flow and scenario planning for the business.
• Ad hoc strategic and operational tasks: From research and analysis to preparing presentations and helping drive new initiatives forward.

You are a great fit if you:

• Have strong analytical skills
• Are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Believe that LLMs can improve every task, or have experience/strong interest in GenAI.
• Are curious about business strategy, sales, and technology, and eager to learn quickly.
• Want to experience firsthand how to build and scale a tech company
