Your career, our commitment – Intern during 2023

Do you want to gain insight into the world of consulting and explore your possible career path? As an intern at McKinsey & Company, you will get the opportunity to experience the daily lives of our consultants and expand your network.

As an intern with us for eight weeks, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with the daily work our consultants do to create positive, enduring change. You will become an equal part of a diverse team driven by a strong purpose to help. As a team member, you will work with McKinsey experts from all around the world and become familiar with the challenges our clients from varying industries are facing.

We encourage all students from the fourth semester or onwards to apply. During your eight-week internship, you will have the chance to pursue your interests and potentially find a possible future career path. It is possible to join our internship almost all year round (except from July to mid-August), and we will do our best to plan your internship to fit your schedule.
