Investment Banking Student Analyst - Real Estate

The projects are managed by the subsidiary Pareto Business Management, which currently has around 100 projects in its portfolio with an estimated market value of approx. DKK 35 billion.

To support the continued growth of our activities in Denmark, Pareto Securities is looking for an ambitious Student Analyst to join our team in Copenhagen. 

Ideal profile

• Solid academic results (among the best in your class)
• A fundamental understanding and interest in the capital markets
• Experienced MS Office user (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Attending a relevant university or business school and pursuing a degree within finance or economics for instance cand.merc, cand.polit or cand.oecon with graduation in preferably 2023 
• Excellent communication skills in English and Danish (both written and oral) 
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to all deliveries

The job

• You will be part of our Investment Banking Division – Real Estate and gain hands-on experience with the structuring of both debt and equity issues for new investment projects
• Valuations and credit analyses of corporates, projects, and properties
• Preparation of financial models, information memorandums, pitching material, and other presentations 
• Supporting the Investment Banking Division on an ad hoc basis
• You should expect a typical working week of 20 hours, but the workload will increase during peak periods and likewise flexibility will be provided during exam periods
• You will report to the management in Copenhagen, but will also be in close contact with the other Nordic teams
