THE PROGRAMME 

Joining SEB's International Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to develop an extensive network within the Bank, gain a deep understanding of sustainable finance, the international financial industry, and be challenged both professionally and personally. The areas covered are product innovation, sector policy development, regulatory affairs as well as customer and risk modelling.

You will be connected to a world class expert unit at SEB, with the goal to integrate sustainability in the way of doing business. This is a place where you will thrive if you want to be part of an area with high strategic focus in the Bank, while also driving initiatives with direct client impact.

During your International Graduate Programme your local base is in SEB Denmark, Copenhagen

• A nine-month Graduate programme, designed for professional and personal development
• Business challenges to solve with other participants in the Graduate and Tech programmes, where you create value and new business solutions for SEB 
• The opportunity to work for SEB abroad in connection with the programme 
• After completing the program, our goal is to offer you a full-time job at the Copenhagen Office

WHO ARE YOU

You have a passion for sustainability and like to work in a changing environment. We believe that you are a curious problem solver who always strives to find new or better solutions. We also believe that you enjoy interacting with others and we would like you to challenge us, now and for the future. 

We are looking for candidates that have: 

• An academic degree in, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science or equivalent
• Graduated before programme start or within the last three years
• It is meritorious if you have some work experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
