About the Global Procurement Graduate Programme
The Global Procurement Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of leaders, who will play an instrumental role in ensuring that we achieve our vision of innovating at a world-class level, and ultimately delivering on our purpose of driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases. Being part of the programme will hence give you the opportunity to make a difference to the millions of patients who rely on our products.
During the 2-year programme you will undertake 3 challenging and exciting rotation, each lasting 8 months. You will work in different departments in our corporate headquarters in Denmark and for 1-2 rotations you will rotate internationally into one of our global offices or production sites located around the globe. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team and learn skills such as supply strategy, contract negotiation, financial planning, sourcing processes, procurement systems as well as project and change management. You will both work independently to drive your own responsibilities and in collaboration with team members on shared projects.
