Junior Analyst – Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Team, OECD Health Division
Are you passionate about health economics, data analysis, and exploring innovative methods to address global challenges? The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development's (OECD) Health Division is seeking a Junior Analyst to join the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Team for a 1-year temporary contract to work on a project focused on medical supply chains.

We’re seeking candidates with a strong background in economics and statistics, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for working with data and advanced analytical methods. Your work will involve exploring innovative techniques, such as scraping data from official websites or analyzing manufacturing information from corporate reports. A keen interest in leveraging data to solve complex problems is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: A degree in economics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and methods (e.g., R, Python, or similar). Experience with web scraping and handling large datasets is a plus.
Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Teamwork and Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team and communicate findings clearly.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other OECD languages is an asset.

Contract Duration: 1 year, starting as soon as possible.
Location: OECD Headquarters in Paris, France. Teleworking from abroad is not an option for this positio
