Junior Analyst, Strategy and Investor Relations

The role
To support the company’s continued growth, AIP is looking for a part-time Junior Analyst to join the Strategy and Investor Relations team. The team is responsible for investor-related matters regarding current as well as new investors. This includes preparation and coordination for investment committee meetings, quarterly portfolio reviews and other investor meetings. Furthermore, the team handles new investor activities and strategies, including qualitative and quantitative analysis of the investor landscape.

We develop our Junior Analysts through continuous feedback and by equipping them with a proper toolbox and solid understanding of alternative investments. In addition, you will be a part of AIP’s diverse student team consisting of around 20 Junior Analysts in total with a strong community with various sports, social and after work activities.

Your primary tasks will include: 

• Quantitative and qualitative market analysis and studies
• Support to preparation of materials for investor meetings and ad hoc investor requests
• Support to senior team members in development of strategic framework for new investor initiatives
• Support in regard to onboarding of new investors, including due diligence questionnaires and dataroom management

The position is a part-time student position (15-20 hours weekly) and based at our newly renovated office in central Copenhagen. 

About you 
We are looking for 3rd year BSc or 1st year MSc students with a focus in economics, finance, strategic management and/or quantitative studies. We are most importantly looking for candidates who identify themselves as being:

• Ambitious, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong eagerness to learn
• A team player who knows the importance of inclusion and collaboration
• Strong stakeholder management skills with an innate ability to create relationships both with externally but also with professionals internally at AIP
• Curious by nature and can work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish. Other language skills are an advantage
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
