Copenhagen Offshore Partners (COP) is a leading offshore wind developer and first-mover in emerging offshore wind markets. Our offshore wind activities are growing rapidly as new investment opportunities arise in Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, and South America. We support Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP)—a leading renewable infrastructure investment fund with EUR ~16bn under management—in successfully managing and delivering their global offshore wind project pipeline. As the growth has been substantial over the past years, we currently have offices in Athens, Boston, Copenhagen, Edinburgh, Hanoi, Melbourne, Milano, New York, Paris, Sãu Paulo, Seoul, Taipei, and Tokyo.
Accordingly, we are looking to strengthen our Global Business Case & Bid Team in Copenhagen with additional Junior Analysts. You will work closely with highly experienced offshore wind and investment professionals from COP and CIP. Our work environment is dynamic, high-paced and truly global, and you can expect to be provided a vast amount of opportunities that will develop you on a personal and professional level. Further, successful Junior Analysts may receive an offer to join us as full-time Analysts upon graduation.
Key duties
As a Junior Analyst in the Global Business Case & Bid Team, your key duties will be to
- Co-develop early-stage offshore wind projects with internal and external stakeholders

- Provide ad hoc support for auctions, partnership scoping, corporate PPAs, and business development
- Financial modelling and valuation of new and existing investment opportunities
- Visualise and present financial and technical decision material to COP & CIP senior management
The position is part-time (15-20 hours) and will be based in the Copenhagen office at Amerika Plads 29, 2100. The workload will vary depending on the number of projects you are working on, but flexibility is expected from both sides. Further, you will be granted the opportunity to influence your daily routine and schedule.
Your profile
Ideally, you are in your second or final year of your bachelor’s degree within economics, business or any other relevant field. We look for the following in a candidate:

If this is you, we offer a unique chance to gain firsthand experience from the operational management of investment funds entirely devoted to the development and construction of offshore wind across the world. Likewise, a role in the team will expose you to a fast-paced work environment, where you will contribute to high-profile projects while working alongside some of the most experienced people in the industry.
