Junior Associate, DevOps

We are looking for an ambitious student with an interest in programming and Finance. The role sits within the DevOps team, which is a technical team supporting the rest of the organization.

The DevOps team is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and configuring core systems, building system integrations, and organizing data. The team works in 2-week sprints with an agile approach and a high degree of diversity of tasks.

Job description

• Receive training in each of the IT-related areas from a highly skilled group of colleagues, including SQL Server, .Net 6, Azure, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
• Actively participate in the process of system development to support business processes.
• Work independently or collaboratively with one or more DevOps team members.
• Become a DevOps specialist in the organization and support other teams with ad hoc requests.
• The position is estimated to be 15 or 20 hours a week with a flexible attitude towards working hours.

About you

• Great analytical skills, a keen eye for details and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Great communication skills and willingness to actively engage with business stakeholders.
• Curiosity and willingness to take on responsibility, ability to take initiative, work independently and as team player.
• Attending a relevant university or business school and pursuing a degree within the areas of IT, science, engineering, or Business/Finance with an IT-angle with preferable 1-3 years remaining.
• Work, school, or personal project experience with at least one object-oriented programming language.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
