Junior Associate for part-time position in our ESG team – Copenhagen

We are looking for an ambitious student with an interest in Sustainability, Climate and ESG (environmental, social and governance). The role sits within the ESG team that is part of our Research and Investment team and will be focusing on dedicated ESG factors and tasks.

Job description

• Assist the Investment team with bottom-up sustainability research on individual corporates and general themes.
• Work with the ESG team to further integrate ESG in the investment process, helping to support the responsible investment strategy of Capital Four.
• Work with ESG data analytics.
• Assist in other topical ESG projects such as our Sustainability Report, Net Zero Asset Manager Initiative, Engagement Process and Principle Adverse Impact indicators (PAIs).
• Being an ESG specialist in the organization and support other teams with ad hoc requests.
• The position is estimated to be 15 hours a week with flexible attitude towards working hours.

About you

• A fundamental interest in Sustainability, Climate and ESG.
• Experience with sustainability research on individual companies, engagement with companies on sustainability factors or sustainability consultant work are favorable but not a requirement.
• Curiosity and willingness to take on responsibility, ability to work independently and as team player.
• Attending a relevant university or business school and pursuing a degree including Sustainability related themes with good academic credentials and 2-3 years remaining preferably.
