Junior Associate – Quant Research

We are looking for 2-4 motivated and detail-oriented students to join our Quantitative Research teams. You will gain hands-on experience with modelling, financial data, analytics, and the operational processes that support our investment decisions.

Job description

• Monitor and maintain computational investment signals and key data flows 
• Assist with recurring fundamental data quality checks as well as data analytics 
• Assist with developing, updating and troubleshooting Power BI reports and Excel Model Books used by analysts and portfolio managers 
• Support process improvements, documentation and internal workflow optimization 
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, ESG, and DevOps on data quality, mappings, and system-related issues 

About you

• Studying economics, finance, mathematics, engineering, data science or equivalent with 1.5+ years remaining 
• Able to work 15-20 hours/week 
• Familiar with SQL/Power BI/Excel OR SQL/Python 
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset 
• Interested in financial markets, quantitative modelling, investment data, or improving analytical workflows 
• Optional but beneficial: Power Automate, SharePoint and API
