Your profile
First and foremost, we are looking for talent with a genuine interest in areas related to commercial transformations and top-line growth.

- Is fluent in written and spoken English
- Has a minimum of 1.5 years left of their studies

What do we offer?
We aspire to be the best place for the best people, and we invest 15% of our turnover in developing our people through training and social activities. Most of your learning will come from the work you do on projects, and we offer an instructive, relevant and versatile job, where you will become familiar with management consulting though client projects and by working closely with senior colleagues. You will get a personal leader and a buddy from day one to support you in your journey as an aspiring Implementer and management consultant. As you invest your time and efforts in Implement, so do we in you. Basically, we want you to grow, and it is our ambition that you grow into a full-time consultant after your studies if we match your personality and if you match our culture.
