The role
As the new Junior ESG Analyst, you will be working closely together with the ESG Manager, and other teams, to support the different ESG related workstreams and initiatives. You will also be a part of our student team consisting of approx. 12 Junior Analyst with different educational backgrounds.

Your primary tasks include:

• Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data for internal and external ESG reporting and communications

• Supporting in the process of preparing the annual ESG report as well as reporting to various third-party stakeholders (UN PRI, UNGC, GRESB and TCFD)

• Assist on answering investor questions and queries

• Conducting research to support the internal ESG projects/work streams including latest policy developments and best practices

• Preparing ESG insights for a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders via written reports and PowerPoint presentations

The candidate

We are looking for a candidate who will commence on her/his 3rd year BSc or 1st year MSc studies within finance, economics, engineering or quantitative studies in the fall. You are amongst the best in your year and can identify yourself with the below: 

• Proactive and solution minded, with a strong ability to move things forward

• Ambitious, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in ESG and sustainable investments

• Structured and with a keen eye for details and process improvement

• Curious mindset that is ready to take ownership of tasks.

• Team player with excellent written and spoken English skills
