In the Organisation Transformation team, we support clients across sectors and industries to realise the full value of their digital transformation agenda by combining insights about organisations, leadership and strategy. We translate the digital transformation into new organisational setups, and drive organisational change projects, from initial diagnosis to successful implementation of the new ways of working.
Bridging strategic and operational thinking, we bring strong transformation expertise and methods to enable our clients to organise, operate and behave for the digital future. Furthermore, we help them translate strategic objectives into capability models, organisation structure, governance models and ways of working. We are business driven, technology inspired, and people focused in everything we do.

Exciting tasks await you
We are looking for new colleagues at consultant level with some years’ experience from the industry or other consultancies to join our Organisation Transformation team.
Your responsibilities will, among others, include:
- Working as a member of a dedicated project team either involved in all aspects of transformational change, or in the design and delivery of operating models and organisation design that are critical for our clients’ ability to execute on their strategy
- Co-developing change management approaches and strategies with our clients, including conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, leadership alignment workshops, etc.
- Preparing client recommendations together with your project team, utilising a combination of industry knowledge, tools and technology, including preparation of documents, presentations and other high-quality outputs
- Supporting business development by e.g. contributing to proposals

You have the following skills and experience
You have strong analytical skills and can acquaint yourself with other people's situations. You are structured, professional and excellent at communicating messages in English both verbally and in writing. You are engaged and make a dedicated effort in everything you do. Danish is a nice-to-have but not a need-to-have.
In addition, you:
- Hold a relevant master’s degree with excellent results
- Have experience from management consulting and/or change management in large-scale transformation from the industry
- Experience with managing a complex stakeholder landscape and thrive on establishing a close collaboration with clients at all organisational levels
- An interest in technology and digital trends and how they interact with people, as well as a natural grasp of what technology can mean for businesses and organisations
- Are interested in accelerating your career in consulting and bring great interpersonal and teamwork skills to work.
