Part-time Analyst to join the Investment Team at ATP Private Equity Partners

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the ten professionals in our investment team based in Copenhagen.

About ATP Private Equity Partners

ATP Private Equity Partners is one of Europe's largest fund-of-funds private equity investors, managing more than €11 billion across nine funds with an annual investment program of approx. €300 million. We are 21 employees in total, including 5 student assistants, located at Gothersgade 49, 1123 Copenhagen.

We invest across Europe and North America with a focus on buy-out, distressed and growth funds, co-investing alongside top-tier fund managers. Since our formation in 2001, we have invested in more than 200 private equity funds.

The Job

Our investment team, which you will support, conducts screening and due diligence of investment opportunities, and monitoring of existing investments. Your tasks will include:

• performing track record analysis of potential investment opportunities, including financial and commercial analyses, to build a deeper understanding of market trends
• participating in meetings on potential investment opportunities
• maintaining our database of private equity funds
• compiling and preparing presentation material for internal and external meetings
• providing support on ad hoc assignments and other projects as needed

We expect a 15-hour work week, with flexibility on both your part and ours.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate has a strong academic background with outstanding results. Further, you:

• are in the second or third year of your bachelor's studies within economics or business, or about to start your master's degree in this field
• have superior command of, especially, Excel (VBA programming skills desired but not required), as well as the full Office suite
• are ambitious, dedicated, and outgoing, with a genuine interest in finance and private equity
• an interest in the use of AI and process optimization will be considered an advantage
