Impilo is looking for a part-time Private Equity Junior Analyst to join our Copenhagen office

Impilo is looking for a talented student for a part-time position as Private Equity Junior Analyst. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience within the private equity industry while paving the way for an exciting career at leading investment banks, management consulting firms, or private equity firms, just as our previous Private Equity Junior Analysts have done.

Your profile
You are ambitious, curious, and commercially minded. You have an interest in M&A and private equity, focusing on strategic and financial
challenges. You study a relevant degree, have completed your second year, and are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, you are a strong team player who thrives in project work.

 

Job Description
As a Private Equity Junior Analyst at Impilo, you will be a part of a cross-Nordic intern program where you will get a unique insight into the world of healthcare private equity and gain valuable experience, working side by side with a Nordic team of 20 investment professionals with backgrounds from private equity, investment banking, and management consulting. Further, you will work closely with senior executives from the healthcare sector in an informal environment.


At Impilo, we seek to challenge you and help you develop a valuable tool kit for your future career. As such, this position comes with significant responsibility and a wide variety of assignments covering the entire investment process:

  • Sourcing and identifying acquisition targets
  • Preparing analysis for investment decisions
  • Conducting market, sector, and industry research, incl. company mapping and profiling
  • Financial modeling and valuation, incl. LBO and multiple-based analyses
  • Participating in meetings with internal and external advisors
  • Assisting portfolio companies with strategic projects, incl. add-on acquisitions

You should expect a work week of approximately 15-20 hours on average, with the flexibility to accommodate your studies.
