We want to hear from you if you are
• Ready to share your ideas and contribute as soon as you join a team
• Analytically inclined and enjoy solving problems
• Able to efficiently prioritize tasks and possess a can-do attitude
• In the 2nd or 3rd year of your Bachelor and in the top 10% of your class
• Fluent in English
Start date
• Summer 2024 if you are currently on the 3rd year of your bachelor studies, and are scheduled to start your master’s studies after the summer
• January 2025 if you are currently on the 2nd year of your bachelor studies

Interview process
The interview process consists of two rounds of case interviews with two one-hour interviews per round. Candidates will have first-round interviews from 29 April to 3 May 2024. Final-round interviews will be held on 6-8 May 2024. If you are invited to first-round interviews, you will receive a notice from a Kearney recruiter to schedule your interview by 19 April 2024.
