Student Analyst - Investment Department

Accunia Credit Management is a leading asset manager specialising in structured credit, private debt, and high yield bonds. We currently manage more than DKK 20 billion (EUR 2.5 billion) for both institutional and private investors through our CLO vehicles, alternative investment funds, and managed accounts. We are an international company, where the corporate language is English, and our 33 professionals represent nine different nationalities.

Tasks and Responsibilities

We are recruiting two new members to our student team. The team supports our organisation in general and the Investment Department particularly. Your daily tasks may consist of:

  • Assisting credit analysts in building financial models and analysis of investment targets;
  • Assisting portfolio managers in daily monitoring;
  • Reporting to investors and other stakeholders;
  • Settlement of trades;
  • Producing and updating company materials, presentations, and data; and
  • Various ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

You are currently enrolled at university or business school with at least 2 years of studies remaining, and you want to pursue a career within investments and financial markets. Besides that, the most important to us is that you:

  • Have the ability to take responsibility and ownership of your tasks no matter how big or small;
  • Have attention to detail, a structured work approach, and an ability to deliver consistent high-quality results; and
  • Are a team player with an ambitious and proactive mindset.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to show strong academic results in your study program;
  • Have excellent skills in visualisation and communication;
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English, also preferably Danish or other EU languages; and
  • Be experienced in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; and
  • Have experience/interest in programming languages such as VBA, SQL, and Python.
