Student Analyst to the Transaction Team at Niam
You will contribute to the development, structuring, and execution of Niam’s investments in Denmark across a variety of real estate segments including residential, office, logistics, retail and hotels. You will work closely together with a team of highly experienced investment professionals, who will seek to challenge and inspire you.
Key work areas include:
- Market analysis
- Visualization and presentation of technical and financial data to stakeholders
- Financial modeling and valuations
- Keeping track of key documents in the transaction process
- Updating internal project management tools
- Ad hoc analysis
The position is part-time and based in Niam’s office in BLOX, Copenhagen. The expected workload is 15-25 hours/week. Hours may vary depending on the number of transactions you are working on and the general level of activity in the company. As we expect flexibility on your part, you will correspondingly be met with flexibility from Niam’s side when the university schedule requires it. You will be given the opportunity to influence your general working hours to be applicable with your university schedule.
Top-performing Junior Analysts may receive an offer to join as full-time Analysts upon graduation.

Niam is looking for 3rd year BSc students in Economics, Business, Law or any other relevant field.
