The Aqueduct program is developing new IT infrastructure and processes enabling TDC Net to provide our customers with the right service in the future.

We are an international team of approximately 150 people working from different locations - primarily in Denmark and Poland.

You will be part of the Program Management Office (PMO) that is connecting the dots between the 8 projects of the program.

About the job

Main tasks

Day to day support with Aqueduct Program Management Office (PMO) related tasks:

• Preparation of meetings
• Creation of slides
• Maintenance of lists
• Follow-up on financials
• Follow-up on plans

Additional tasks

• Support with daily ad-hoc tasks
• Participate in planning of events
• Support with communication material from the program

About you

As the ideal candidate you:

• have great interest in working within a large international program and are eager to learn the various disciplines of program management
• you are openminded and up for the challenge of working independently with a wide range of program management related tasks
• have a talent for engaging with people at all levels
• are a University student within a commercial area
• have solid experience with MS Project Suite and is willing to learn more
