Join us as our new Student Assistant
Our Public Affairs team is seeking a Student Assistant with a strong interest in policy and political communications. As part of our team, you will get experience with both national and international public affairs work and contribute to the execution of Novozymes’ public affairs priorities. You will also support the team in advancing Novozymes’ political impact in key areas.
Welcome to Public Affairs
As part of our Public Affairs team, you will help create and develop the biological answers that will pave the way for a brighter future and strengthen Novozymes’ competitive edge. The team works closely with Novozymes colleagues based in Denmark and around the world, as well as many different international stakeholders.
The working hours are flexible, but we expect you to work 15 hours a week or more, enabling you to combine the job with your studies. You will become part of our team of six public affairs managers led by Director of Public Affairs, Peter Steen Mortensen.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Formulating position papers and briefs on public affairs issues
- Monitoring national- and EU-policy relevant for Novozymes’ license to operate
- Supporting our planning, alignment and coordination of our engagement with external stakeholders
Potentially relevant experience:
- You are currently a Bachelor or Master’s degree student in business and politics, political science, socioeconomics, communications or similar
- Passionate about politics from a business perspective
- Knowledge about the EU system would be an advantage.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are fluent in English and Danish

This job will be located at Novozymes A/S, Biologiens Vej 2, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby.
