Commercial & Partners is the commercial and sales organization of TDC NET, headed by Chief Commercial Officer Robert Dogonowski. With an ambition of driving commercial success and customer satisfaction, C&P is responsible for all commercial activities, including setting the commercial offering & product portfolio, pricing, tenders, company representation, sales & customer service. Commercial & Partners is the customer interface of TDC NET, serving our customers (mainly operators and other telco companies on the Danish market & globally) with offerings of telecommunication & transmission solutions on both fixed & mobile infrastructure. C&P is responsible for TDC NET´s EBITDA. C&P has +150 employees & is based on an engaging culture where everyone is an important part of driving transformation & offering excellent customer experiences.

About the job

This is a great opportunity to get real hands-on experience with commercial strategy- and transformation topics related to revenue growth, pricing and corporate governance. You will work longside experienced colleagues with different backgrounds.

Primary responsibilities will change over time, but initially include:

• Contribute to our strategy execution processes by facilitating meetings with senior management and gathering input on important project progressions
• Developing and improving the ideal management reporting setup for decision making
• Support transformation projects across TDC NET – over time, also independently directing workstreams
• Conduct various strategic analyses and decision materials for senior stakeholders in PowerPoint and Excel
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, develop management presentations directly for the CCO and conduct ad hoc analysis

The position reports to the Head of Commercial Management & Business Development and will work closely with the senior colleagues.

About you

• Soon completing your bachelor’s degree or are at the beginning of your Master's in e.g. business, economics, finance, or equivalent
• Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve from large and complex information flows
• Possess a curious and a solid collaborative mindset with a great ability to work with different people
• Ideally previous strategy or consultancy experience from another student job or internship
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Project management is a plus
• English and Danish at work proficiency level is a prerequisite

As a person, you are eager to learn, motivated, skilled and hardworking. You have a “can-do-it” attitude when facing opportunities together with a significant personal attitude that put great pleasure in getting tasks done in a high quality.
