In Leveraged Finance we structure acquisition financing to support Europe’s leading private equity funds with their M&A activity across the Nordic region. The role as a student in our team is multi-faceted with a steep learning curve and amongst other things include:

• Participating in origination, execution and portfolio management activities related to the banks Private Equity related transactions across industries in the Nordic region
• Making strategic, financial and cash flow analyses; including business and strategic evaluation of due diligence materials and LBO modelling
• Assessment of debt capacity and capital structure alternatives, preparation of internal and external presentations
