Nordic Investment Opportunities A/S (NIO) is a manager of alternative investment funds and a pioneer in providing access to best-in-class private market funds for professional investors such as family offices, foundations, institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
Since our foundation in 2019, NIO has grown rapidly and now has more than EUR 1 billion under management – all capital that has been invested in private market funds across private equity, infrastructure and real estate.
You will part of our Investment team and report directly to our CIO but should expect varied tasks with broad exposure across the organization. We are a team of 14 colleagues across Investor Relations, Investments and Operations and are located in Amerika Plads in Copenhagen. We are a young and entrepreneurial organization, and we expect to grow the team significantly over the coming years.

About the role
We expect that the following tasks will make up the dominant part of your job:
• Investment support
  o Preparing investment memos for our Investment Committee
  o Conducting due diligence (e.g. track record analysis) on investment opportunities
  o Conducting various industry analyses
  o Maintaining our database of investment opportunities
  o Performing ad hoc assignments
• Sales support
  o Maintaining our CRM database
  o Performing desk research on new leads

About you
You are in the second or third year of your bachelor studies within economics, business or similar or about to embark on a master’s degree within the same field. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious person with:
• Excellent English capabilities
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail and a high degree of structure
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• A genuine interest in private markets and particularly private equity
The workload is approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility around exam periods.
