Two Junior Associates (Students) for Structured & Quantitative Credit Research - Copenhagen
Opportunity to join our growing Structured & Quantitative Credit Research team at Capital Four in Copenhagen, a leading global specialty asset management firm. The team consists of 5 professionals and is looking to add two part-time Junior Associates (15-20 hours per week) to further strengthen its research capabilities.
The team supports Capital Four’s portfolio managers in the day-to-day management and optimization of CLO portfolios and is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities in structured credit instruments. The two Junior Associates will each assist the team in one of these areas.
Job description:
- Developing and maintaining the technical infrastructure incl. data maintenance and analytics.
- Developing and maintaining tools for pricing, optimization, and monitoring of our investments.
- Programming in Python and SQL, working in Excel and Power BI.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a relevant degree within computer science, software engineering, engineering, mathematical finance/economics or similar with great academic credentials.
- Great programming, data handling and analytical skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to take on responsibility, ability to work independently.
- Team player with an ambitious and proactive mindset.
- Experience or knowledge within finance or economics is an advantage but not a requirement.
