Women Mentoring Women

Building on the success of last year, we’re excited to announce the second edition of our women's mentorship program, Women Mentoring Women. This initiative is tailored to empower female BSc. and MSc. students, guiding you to unlock your full potential and pursue a fulfilling career.

THE PROGRAM AND ITS PURPOSE

The Women Mentoring Women program was born from thinking about new ways to close the gender gap, not only in consulting but in business in general. This mentorship program will be filled with social activities and the best workshops Bain has to offer, all aimed at giving you rich opportunity to reflect on your personality, get to know your strengths, visualize your path to success and boost your confidence. On top of that, you’ll become part of a network with other talented women who can support you on your career journey.

Each participant will be assigned a female Bain mentor who will guide you throughout the entire program. If you wish to pursue a career in consulting, you’ll be guaranteed an Associate Consultant/Associate Consultant Internship interview with us by the end of the program. Our consultants will, of course, also guide you on how to best prepare for the interviews.

THE PRACTICALITIES

If you’re studying and looking for solid career advice and key insights into your personal and professional development, apply HERE by sending us your CV, grade transcripts and cover letter (max. one page) no later than January 28, 2024. You can expect to hear back from us no later than February 5. Please note that we only accept applications from students based in Denmark.

· February 12-16: Mentees & mentors 1-1 kick-off

· February 21: Workshop intro to Bain and consulting

· March 14-15: Exciting overnight offsite on ‘Finding Your Purpose’

· April 19: Social breakfast

· May 15: Case interview preparation and training workshop

· June 26: Workshop on ‘Building Confidence’ and wrap-up dinner
