Are you curious about what it is like to work in Strategy and M&A consulting? Join us for EY-Parthenon Accelerate – our female mentorship program, where you will meet women from our EY-Parthenon Strategy & Execution Team in Copenhagen and gain valuable insights into their career journey and the consulting industry.

Program details
The EY-Parthenon Accelerate mentorship program consists of three phases, which will run from February to April 2026.
Kick-off event: Introduction to EY-Parthenon and all our services where you also get a chance to meet women from different EY-Parthenon service lines (incl. Strategy & Execution, Corporate Finance, Transaction Diligence, and Valuation, Modelling and Economics) in Copenhagen, Thursday 26 February 2026
Ongoing workshop sessions as well as mentoring sessions with our female consultants, who will support you in your individual state across your professional and academic career
Informal final dinner for EY-Parthenon Accelerate mentees and their mentors in April 2026
Application process:
Your application should include your resume and grade transcript (the documents should be merged into one file when uploaded)
After submitting your application, we will send you a link where you are asked to elaborate on your motivation for applying by answering two video questions (approx. 5-minute expected time use)
